Organically Locally Raised Beef
Pasture-raised beef is rotationally grazed on pasture to provide high-quality forage for the cattle while promoting the health of the ecosystem. The diet is supplemented with a blend of lentils, barley, and peas, and never includes corn.

- Custom cuts are available only for orders of half a beef or more.

Pleasant Valley Ranch started in 2006 on 73 acres near Clearwater, Idaho. We consist of four generations of family members and a community of people living and working together.
